Eva Eriksson is one of Sweden’s most renowned and beloved children’s book illustrators. With her warm and sensitive drawing style, she invites us into stories where the characters’ emotions are beautifully portrayed, often with humor, life, and movement. She skillfully captures the relationships between the characters, using a delicate handling of colors and a clear sense of visual storytelling.
Wild Baby, Little Sister Rabbit, and more
Eva debuted as a children’s book illustrator in 1977 and has illustrated numerous books, many of which are considered timeless classics. Some have even been adapted into theater and animated short films shown on TV and in cinemas. She has also written and illustrated her own books, with Bella and Gustav (1980) being her first.
