Teckningsmuseet

Teckningsmuseet (The Museum of Drawings) has invited the artists Love Lundell and Johan Björkegren. In dialogue with their imagery, drawings from the museum’s collection are shown.

Love Lundell, born 1981, is working in Stockholm and educated at the Academy of Fine Arts in Trondheim. With collages, carbon and chlorine, he creates images that are reminiscent of fairy tales, dreamy nature experiences and the seeking man.

Johan Björkegren, born 1978 in Uddevalla, is working in Gothenburg and educated at Beckman’s College of Design. In Johan’s viewing images – created with ink, pencil and watercolor – we encounter themes that revolve around loneliness, loss and time.
