Personal data policy
We protect your integrity and process personal data in accordance with current legislation, among others the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Data Protection at The Museum of Drawings is provided by the Committee for Culture and Public Health (kultur- och folhälsonämnden) at Laholm’s Municipality (kultur.och.folkhalsonamnden@laholm.se). The Museum of Drawings saves personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the intended purpose (for example lists of participants for our courses/workshops) or for as long as it is required by law, for example Archive Act or accounting regulations. The legal ground for processing can be consent from you (for example from courses or newsletters), agreements, or public interest. You have the right to access and correct your personal data that Laholm’s Municipality processes. As the operations by the municipality also fall under the Freedom of the Press Regulation, Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act and the Archive Act, please note that your rights to correct/delete personal data may (in some cases) be prohibited. Laholm’s Municipality must also follow regulations for disclosing public documents. If you want more information or have questions regarding an individual case, contact the museum at 0430-154 41 or at info@teckningsmuseet.se. If you believe that Laholm’s municipality violates the rules for personal data processing, you can contact the Data Protection Officer (dataskyddsombudet@laholm.se) or the Data Inspectorate (Datainspektionen), which is the supervisory authority.
